Staffed booths will receive priority treatment over non-staffed booths as they are more successful at the fair & provide a service for fair guests. Non-staffed booths will be reviewed, but we recommend all vendors have one employee on site at all times. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products for non-staffed booths.


Booth Info

Daily spots run at a flat cost of $50 for a 10x10 ft spot. We offer a maximum of 2 spots per day, one indoor & one outdoor. We will NOT provide tables or chairs; only a 10x10 ft space with electrical outlets.


Daily Vendor Passes

Daily vendors receive 2 complementary admission passes per 10x10 ft of space & 1 parking pass. Additional daily admissions & parking passes can be purchased at a discounted rate.


Booth Info

Provide a description of the products/information you are applying to sell, or the services being offered; indicate prices for each. If a contract is issued, it will be assigned on the basis of this list only. Upload separate page if necessary below. Be as specific as possible. Only approved items will be allowed. The Humboldt County Fair does not offer exclusivity to vendors, but it is our top priority to host booths that specialize in a niche product or service to have little to no crossover between vendors.

Please attach AT LEAST three photos of your products. These photos will be used to promote your booth at the fair, please submit photos that will best showcase your products.

Payment is optional until contract is sent out & will be refunded in full if paid and vendor is not accepted. Please select "Offline" if you would like to pay on acceptance of contract.
